This coaster is standard size (100 by 100 by 5 mm) to fit my coaster holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3130397 I printed this model using Ultimaker white PLA with a layer height of 0.2mm and 18% infill, a 0.4mm nozzle at 210 degrees Celsius, and a heated bed. To avoid curling up at the bottom, I used a brim. Feel free to use your own configuration – no worries! Design Process I picked a logo from my browser and converted it into an SVG file using Inkscape. Then, I opened the SVG file in Blender and created a 3D object. Next, I repaired the file and erased some aspects in Meshmixer. After that, I added a coaster to the picture, scaled it, and merged it with the coaster in Meshmixer. To create the drink coaster, I used simple model techniques in 123D Design. You can also choose to make a template of a drink coaster in another program, such as Tinkercad, or download one from my website (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3542555). I saved it as an STL file and sliced it for printing. Although the model still had some issues after repairing it in Meshmixer, I decided to export it into Netfabb Online Service, which has unlimited STL fix procedures. This worked well for me, and I was able to slice the model without any problems.
