Coaster / frame thing Ver 2

I requested a circular version of that coaster/frame object (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3417257). For some reason, I've had trouble printing it on my Dremel printer - a noticeable Y layer shift is evident in the blue model image, and it's definitely not ideal for rotation. No matter what I try, I still get significant Y layer shifts when printing larger versions of this design.
