Yes you read the Title right, this is the Coanda Jet Plane made in 1910. The Coanda cannot go down in History as the first ever Jet plane, probably because it never actually flew, although its creator Henri Coanda claims he briefly test-flighted it before crashing, but many aviation experts remain skeptical about his story. The engine itself was a ducted fan so in many respects, this is indeed the very first example of a jet-powered aircraft. Amazingly, Henri Coanda took his innovative idea for a Jet powered plane and adapted it to power a Snow Sledge.
