Coal Tender and coal load for Aster Hobby BR86
prusaprinters

I purchased a used Aster BR86 - 86 005 - a while ago. The price was low because the coal tender top section was missing.

I reconstructed it in brass sheet, but this item lacked many details. That's why I opted to 3D-print it.

M2 holes for handrail-studs (https://www.modelbouwkrikke.nl/contents/nl/p56614_aeronaut-5100-20-handrailingknop-messing-2-0-mm-20-stuks.html) are provided.

The middle M2 holes are used to mount the top centre lantern. A magnet glued in the recess on the back keeps the coal bunker fixed to the locomotive.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

CR-10

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.125 mm

Infill:

10%

Filament:

REAL Filament PC-PETG

Black

Notes:

Please print PC-PETG slow for the best satin-finish results.
