Coal puffer (blower)
thingiverse
I'm tired of yanking that cardboard over damn hot coals in hopes to get them going faster or at all. I got you. No more struggles! Well, that build is a challenge, but later it's all easy sailing. For the upper part, I used a magnificent Turbine Blower from JohnnyRobot, and the handle was built around a Camera Handle from Blu006. The socket in the front is for the control panel of ESC from HobbyWing QuickRun 16bl30. It's designed for 1/16 scale, but it works okay with my 1/10 motor. I don't have any info on that motor though. In general, the season of grill masters has opened. If you're tired of yanking cardboard, use electricity and 3D printing instead! If you have experience in RC modeling, here's a quick summary: everything was built around a 1/10 scale engine. Control is through a servo tester, power is turned on via ESC, and charging is done through the "anus" - I need to disassemble it to get the battery out until I figure out how to charge it through the panel. My models are the right size, but I'll need to download compressor models and find their correct scale - I forgot what they were.
