Diagnostic biface unearthed in Liberty Township, Ross County, Ohio reveals its significance. Crafted from Delaware material, this artifact holds a wealth of information. Provided by Gabi Ritter, the collection is part of a larger project to digitize and preserve central Ohio's archaeological treasures. Nolan, Kevin C., Eric Olson, Kelli Wathen, Abby Clark, Michael Shott, and Gabi Ritter collaborated on the COADS_97-3 3D model, a cutting-edge representation of this historic find. The Central Ohio Archaeological Digitization Survey, led by the University of Akron's Department of Anthropology in partnership with Ball State University's Applied Anthropology Laboratories, strives to shed light on the region's rich cultural heritage through innovative digital approaches.
