During the Corona pandemic period, it is recommended to ventilate indoor areas well. This Co2 traffic light helps to assess the air quality. Download here the housing data for a Co2 traffic light. Based on an ESP8266 and a Co2 sensor the measured values are displayed in green, yellow and red. This gives you a visual impression of the air quality and enables you to ventilate in a targeted manner. The exact assembly of the components is explained here. https://forum-raspberrypi.de/forum/thread/49535-guenstige-co2-ampel-im-eigenbau/ The housing consists of four parts. One part which holds the sensor and two other electronic components, and a two-part clamp for positioning the LED. Finally, the housing is equipped with a transparent cover which diffuses the strong light of the LED. Even in bright environments, the respective light color can be easily recognized. The parts are easy to print. A support structure is not required. If the outer edges of the lid are not printed nicely, a slight reduction of the printing speed helps. Alternatively, the lid (cap old) can also be jerked, e.g. with a little pigmented white and a little infill when the LED light with the other cover appears too strong.
