The standard Chinese Co2 mirror mounts usually lack protective covers. Essentially, it's just the mirror itself attached to a 45 degree plane, making alignment quite challenging and detrimental to the mirrors: one can easily damage them by applying adhesive paper directly on their surface. My custom cover addresses this issue effectively: one can safely place paper or scotch tape on the cover instead of the mirror. The protective "tubes" are carefully aligned with the mirror's center. Additionally, this cover safeguards mirrors from dust and dirt accumulation. The cover is designed for 20mm mirrors and secured to M4 rods (bolt heads) using M4 nuts.
