CO2 Laser Engraver/Cutter/CNC Machine Tube Mount

This is a mounting system designed specifically for a 40/50w, 50mm diameter CO2 glass laser tube to fit the China Blue/White Ebay 50w (actually 40w) Laser CNC engraving cutting machine. I created this from scratch, taking inspiration from other designs like Thingiverse's #420853 and #1263096, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Neither of these designs seemed logical, as they both mounted the tube facing inward, requiring removal of the entire bracket to take out the tube. My goals for this design were clear: 1. Fit my machine perfectly 2. Provide solid support for the tube 3. Install without modifying the machine at all 4. Avoid being an octopus when installing 5. Make it easy to install and remove the tube 6. Allow for easy adjustments to the tube's position at any time 7. Use mostly common materials, preferably what I already have on hand 8. Make it easy to reproduce 9. Adapt for additional tube sizes in case of upgrades later I started with notches for some plastic tubing, but my existing tubing was too stiff and might have put too much pressure on the glass tube, so I used open-cell foam instead, which worked just as well. I left the notches in the ring for anyone who may have better tubing available. The inner ring has a 54mm opening, giving a comfortable 2mm clearance on all sides of a 50mm tube for whatever padding or tubing you prefer to use. You'll need six 4mm x 4.6mm heat sets (available at McMaster-Carr: https://www.mcmaster.com/#94180a351/=17jj3tx). The rest of the hardware is standard cap head 4mm screws and nuts, easily found at local hardware stores. Here's a video showing the 3D print in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWiKpKNmNiA. I rendered the video with transparent materials of different colors to demonstrate how the pieces fit together. This design was specifically created for my Blue/White China laser machine, but I have no idea if it will fit other machines. I printed mine in PETG using 3mm layer heights, but ABS and PLA seem equally suitable for this type of print.
