CO2 Laser Cutter

This is a custom laser cutter design for a 90w CO2 laser tube, based loosely on another diy design out there. I wanted to do a design from scratch with various improvements and changes, so every included file is a complete redesign for this assembly.The included .step assembly details the bearings and pulleys required. The aluminum extrusion is assembled with 90deg corner blocks, locations to install are shown in the assembly. In the downloadable files, a few pre-assembly photos show how some of the parts go together with those corner blocks.Most of the laser, power, and control parts were purchased directly from the Cloudray store on aliexpress, or from Amazon, OMC-StepperOnline.com, and others. A parts list with links to most parts is included in the downloadable files.This is essentially just the parts and design/layout for the machine. I will not be available to directly help with any issues that come up during the build or final setup process.
