This is a custom Mg 811 CO2 Sensor enclosure and mounting system that I designed as part of my Third Year Engineering Project. It's tailored to fit the aforementioned sensor, but it will likely work with other similarly shaped sensors after some adjustments. A 90-degree slot allows easy insertion of the protruding cable, preventing damage from tugging or pulling. The mount is engineered for a snug fit around the sensor, protecting it from water, dust, and physical impact. The lid, featuring a complex shape, requires some cleaning up after printing due to small fillets and other details. I recommend printing at 100% infill for optimal protection. This design can be printed without any support structures. Thanks for taking a look.
