The given text describes a typical 4-pound CO2 fire extinguisher from the U.S. Army. I have uploaded IGS, STEP 214 files along with the original Solidworks 2010 models for this functional product. It is noteworthy that in Solidworks 2010, the spring of the extinguisher has a fully parametric feature, having two configurations - one for stored state and another for use state. Similarly, the assembly itself is also designed to accommodate both these states.
