CO2 dragster
thingiverse
Here is the rewritten text in American English: A 3D printed CO2 dragster was created. It was printed in two halves to fit onto a smaller printer. The two halves are connected by two carbon fiber tubes. The wheels have ball bearings and use a 3mm carbon fiber tube for the axle. The finished weight of the dragster is 45 grams. A calculated drag coefficient of 0.28 was determined. The fastest time over 20 meters was 0.99 seconds. Additional parts required include: - Carbon tubes, 8mm outer diameter, 150mm long, two pieces (a wood dowel also works) - Carbon tubes, 3mm outer diameter, to suit axles (bamboo skewers also work) - Rear wheel bearings, 6 x 8 x 3mm, six pieces - Front wheel bearings, 2 x 6 x 3mm, two pieces
