Co2 Car
thingiverse
This is my best CO2 car design yet, but exercise caution: depending on your 3D print software, an external spike may appear on the underside of the CO2 cartridge and the leading axle cover. If you've already downloaded before January 23rd, 2016, please re-download the file as it has been improved, and the error in the upward boom has been corrected. Key Features: 1.0: The model features a 2-degree slant in the upward boom to the CO2 cartridge. Without the 2-degree slant, the boom is 90 degrees vertical. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: Higher is better Infill: 30% Notes: If you edit the model with a triangular support, the cartridge supports will not be needed. I designed this car starting with a free CAD program to create a 2D model. I then expanded it into 3D in SketchUp and made small adjustments using Tinkercad.
