Co-sleeper crib adapter for baby mobile

Co-sleeper crib adapter for baby mobile

thingiverse

We recently purchased a "Wimmer Ferguson Stim-Mobile" for our newborn son but encountered an issue as it only included mounting hardware for a slatted crib. However, our baby is in a cosleeper without slats. To resolve this problem, we created an adapter using 123D Design Online from Autodesk - a user-friendly tool that even allows edge filleting for a more "baby friendly" appearance. The adapter fits over the side of the cosleeper, and the pin's round end snaps into the mobile arm's round hole while the square end is inserted into the square hole at the end of the arm. For optimal strength, we recommend printing with 2 or 3 shells and 20% infill. Stay tuned for the design files in a week!
