This machine is for hobbyists who want to build a large CNC within a reasonable budget and without compromising on rigidity. The design is based on the use of aluminum profiles which ensure the rigidity of the structure. And to guarantee smooth movements and good resistance to dust, I opted for linear guide rails rather than wheels as we often see. The size of the machine is independent of printed parts, it only depends on length of aluminum profiles that you choose. CNC design can easily make 1500mmx1500mm machine. The largest part to be printed is 200mmx228mm, so you have to make sure you have a 3D printer with a large enough plate. To do it, I used an Artillery Sidewinder X1 with PLA+.
