Parts for x and z axis on a cnc machine. Nema 23 motors are used for both axes. The z axis uses standard flat bar as a base. There are files for either metric 6mm x 100mm flat bar or 1/4" x 4" imperial. Included drill guides for both metric and imperial so you can drill the holes in your z axis plate for mounting to the x axis. The shaft rod diameter needed is 10mm and length is your build to suit. The z axis lead screw nut support uses SC10LUU linear bearing blocks, standard t8 lead screw mount and the lead screw bearing is a 608 with a shaft collar to hold it from dropping down. The x axis assembly is available to accept either SBR12 or HGH15 linear rail block mounting and either R55 or R28 chain. the R55(25mmx50mm) Drag chain mounting holes are 6mm in diameter with 16mm x 62mm hole spacing. Mounting hole center for the R28 chain is 16mm. The bearings needed for the timing belt are 608's with 0.040" thick fender washers. Both axes have mounting locations for your standard micro limit switches using 3mm screws. With the exception of the drag chain, bearings and micro switches all other mounting bolts are 5mm cap screws.
