A straightforward setup for securing your workpiece to your CNC bed is in order. A Cam handle featuring an offset bolt enables you to increase pressure on the chocks provided, which clamp against the workpiece. The chocks are available in two sizes: large and small. When used in conjunction with the large chock, the small one allows for 3mm increments of gap closure between the cam and the workpiece. On the opposite end, a stop block is situated - a simple block boasting a 6mm hole. I employ an aluminum bed equipped with pre-drilled/tapped holes; you can easily replicate this setup using a wooden waste board by simply screwing it in place. For added structural integrity, I recommend constructing four perimeters and achieving at least 30% infill.
