CNC Water Return Filter

The CNC at my workplace relies on water to keep the cutting bit cool and clear the shavings from its path. Since the outdated filter had given up, I created a brand new replacement. This speedy design was far from flawless, which is why I had to incorporate an additional "filter alignment ring" to ensure that both the base and outer ring stay securely glued in place. I utilized metal window screen from my local hardware store for this project. Check out the photos to see exactly how it all comes together.
