CNC Vacuum table for PCB

This is a budget-friendly vacuum table designed to hold PCBs measuring 100x70 mm, with the capacity to accommodate boards up to 120x100 mm in size. It boasts impressive power and offers challenging removal of PCBs by hand due to its strong suction. The device relies on a vacuum generator/ejector CV15 that's connected to my compressor (50L, 160 L/mn) for operation. To function properly, it demands at least 3.5 bar (50psi), but my compressor is capable of maintaining a continuous charge up to 4 bar (58psi). If your compressor has a flow rate less than 160 liter/mn (42 gal/mn), consider opting for the CV10 model instead. Those experiencing difficulties with delicate PCBs can improve tightness by adding a square piece of plastic from a plastic bag. BOM details are as follows: 1.
