CNC using Misumi exrusion and 3D printed parts

I really liked the original design concept, but wanted to give it a twist by modifying it for use with everyday Misumi extrusion. Nothing against Open Build - they make fantastic products and I've been using them extensively. My goal was to create most of the parts in-house and minimize the number of ordered parts. I utilized all the parts from the original design, but created new wheels specifically tailored for Misumi extrusion. Alongside this project, I aimed to learn CNC machining skills. To control my PlanetCNC controller, which I'd purchased about a year ago but never had the chance to test, I opted for Easel from Inventables as my GCode generator. The PlanetCNC worked great, and after printing the rollers, I needed to do some final touch-ups in a regular drill using a simple jig.
