Needed to align my 1.5KW 110v Spindle perfectly. I came up with two custom brackets that securely hold a dial indicator in place, making it easier to get the job done. The dial indicator probe is mounted directly aligned with the Collet center, ensuring precision every time. This setup was designed specifically for 1/4" Shalt operations. I drew inspiration from this tramming video:
