This pillbox was a little experiment to see how fast I could 3d design something with a few basic features of aLibre 3d CAD. Though I know 8 and 7 sided pillboxes abound on Thingiverse, I wanted to try one that would work well with any desktop or larger CNC. A few things that are a bit unique... - The 3d bottom has threads for a 5mm screw. - The top was designed to both 3d print or CNC print Print .2 layer height, I like to use hot PLA around 220C to minimize layer lines and build structural integrity. CNC with your favorite CNC CAD (I use Vectric, but Easel should work fine) The lid has a 3mm depth, so you might need to add a circle around it of 127 mm Suggest you CNC with the center hole as your start point.
