CNC Tool Mill Holder and Clamp Drawer

PRINT THE TEST OBJECTS INCLUDED FIRST TO ENSURE THEY FIT PROPERLY IN YOUR PRINTER. Test to confirm your bits fit snugly inside, just like they do on my printer where they stay put even when turned upside down. You may need to scale up the design for a perfect fit or if you prefer them to drop in with ease. You can print the mill holder alone or paired with the drawer sides, depending on available space and your CNC table's layout. A matching drawer is also included to store clamps and extra packages of mills. I printed mine using petg but added oil to get the drawers sliding smoothly without sticking together. The drawer brackets feature bolt holes for securing the drawers in place so they don't slide all the way out. Don't forget to print the mill drawer with supports attached to the slots on the sides to maintain their shape. This versatile design holds 1/8" and 1/4" shank mills, as well as collets compatible with the dewalt DW611 router.
