Hold Downs for a CNC Router: Essential Clamping Tools. Designed for versatility, the compact model is perfect for gripping 1/4-inch materials with ease. Meanwhile, its taller counterpart can handle thicker stocks of up to 1/2 inch or more. In my experience, I've successfully used this hold-down on even tougher projects, including materials as thick as 1 inch. To assemble, simply attach one lock component per hold-down unit. When printing the locks, be sure to orient them upside down, with the tips facing upwards for optimal functionality.
