CNC spindle vacuum holder

I needed a custom vacuum holder for my CNC machine, which required a specific spindle diameter of 52mm. However, I designed it to be versatile and can accommodate spindles with diameters ranging from a few millimeters smaller to larger by a few millimeters. To facilitate customization, I've included a step file that allows you to adjust the design according to your needs. The vacuum holder is accompanied by an additional part called the brush holder, which features glued brushes that will be securely attached to the main unit. Once assembled, both parts will be bonded directly to the vacuum holder. I've already printed the components but haven't had a chance to mount them yet. Here are my print settings: I used my CTC printer for this project. No raft was required for this print. Supports were needed to ensure proper structure and stability. The print resolution was set at 0.2mm. Infill density was optimized at 30% to achieve a good balance between weight and structural integrity.
