I decided to take a different approach with my PWM controller's installation since I designed the entire Z-axis and spindle assembly to be highly modular and easily detachable, so I came up with this part to attach it directly to the back side of my C-Beam Z-axis rail. This mount can be adapted for use in various locations and applications to meet your specific needs. Printing at 1.2mm wall thickness should effectively eliminate infilling and produce a very solid piece when using ABS as I do. M3 screws and nuts secure the PWM controller firmly to the mount, and there are four mounting holes for M5 screws to attach the mount securely to your machine or other application.
