A redesigned dust shoe based on MarcusWolschon's original but fitting my ShapeOko spindle. It can be scaled to suit other spindles too. The model from thing:31156 was merged and shrunk by 67% to match a 52mm spindle like this eBay find: http://www.ebay.com/itm/300W-12V-24V-36V-48VDC-Engraving-Machine-Carving-MILLING-GRINDING-SPINDLE-MOTOR-/151033851776?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item232a51af80. It's mounted with thing:26740 (V2). The top was printed in ABS at 80% fill and .3mm layers, while the bottom had 40% fill and same layer height. No support needed; two halves glued together with super glue, taking care not to get it too close to the clamp end. A custom-made hose adapter from thing:97238 was added for my shop vac's hose. The OS diameters are 23mm (a bit loose, might hot glue it in) on the dust shoe side and 35mm (inside 31) on the shop vac side. I printed the latter in nylon for strength.
