CNC Spindle Cooling Pump Adapter

This adapter fits pond pumps designed with Chinese CNC machines featuring water-cooled spindles. As my unit didn't come with an adapter, I discovered one for a laser cutter and modified it to suit smaller tubing diameters. It works perfectly in production without any issues. Although the print may not be 100% watertight, it gets the job done. This model was created using Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5esDcmiw3tj Print Settings: Printer: E3D Bigbox Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.4 Infill: 30% Notes: Using these settings resulted in an object that is not 100% watertight but does the job. To achieve better results, try higher resolution and more solid infill.
