I hacked http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5029 to permit airflow and a 60 mm fan plus ample space for the CNC shield. I required something to hold this shapeoko setup together, so I utilized our hackerspace's laser cutter. Have fun Instructions I cut it on the laser cutter using 3mm acrylic material. The fit is extremely tight, and I'm uncertain if genuine 1/8th material would work effectively. It snaps into place quite well.
