In this project, I enhanced the CNC router by adding holes to X-axis carriage top and bottom brackets as well as Z-axis rail ends for better support. I also redesigned the Y-axis lead screw mounting system and associated nut mounts/brackets for a fully supported frame on a leveled table. Additionally, a guard was added over the Y-axis motor mounting brackets to protect the lead screws from impacts. The next version of the CNC router is v5, with the most recent being v6, "Tugboat," and the previous one being v3.
