My plan involves upgrading my current CNC machine by replacing its table. The new table, constructed from Bosh-Rexroth Al profiles, will feature a unique design that allows adjustment to various heights using a mechanism similar to a car jack. For coarse height adjustments, a scissor mechanism will be employed, while fine tuning will be achieved through the use of adjustable blocks. Once completed, this new table will be securely mounted onto my existing CNC mill (beta version), with the old, inexpensive table being removed.
