This CNC design features mostly 3D printed components with a few exceptions, such as the 40mm aluminum profiles for the frame, standard NEMA17 steppers for motors, and 10mm smooth rods combined with LM10UU linear bearings. The rails and bearings utilize M8 standard threaded rods along with 608ZZ bearings. All designs were created using OpenSCAD software and are organized into four separate files: cnc_inc.scad, cnc_x.scad, cnc_y.scad, and cnc_z.scad. To create STL files, adjust the measurements in cnc_inc.scad to match your printer settings, then load one of the axis files (cnc_x, cnc_y, or cnc_z) and set the print variable accordingly for exporting.
