Another take on a CNC Router Clamp is available. It's engineered to accommodate 1/4in T-Nuts or Inserts in your workbench. I opt for 1/4in all-thread for the pivot post and a 3in x 1/4in bolt for the other. This iteration features smaller thumb screws and includes a foot for the end bolt to safeguard your work surface. I produced the clamp at .2 layer thickness with 50% infill, while the other components were printed at .3 layer thickness with 10% infill.
