An aluminum extrusion CNC router design has been created using Fusion 360 software. It features NEMA34 steppers, 20mm profile rails, and 20mm ball screws. An update on Feb 18th involved redrawing the model from scratch to allow adjustment of X, Y, and Z ball screw lengths, affecting overall router size. Minor issues were also fixed in the redesign. User parameters for ball screw length were incorporated due to the significance of this component in determining CNC router dimensions, especially in DIY projects where available parts dictate machine size.
