CNC remix of remix
thingiverse
This is a remake of Liquidhandwash's remix of Jani51's design. I created these files because Jani51 didn't have any available. Now, you can easily print and cut them. The plexiglass has been precision-cut on a K40 laser cutter to produce A4-sized parts. The CNC machine uses 12mm and 8mm rods for smooth operation. You can extract the SVG file using 123Design software and print it in 3D, but be aware that you'll need an A4 bed to complete the project. I will continuously add new files as I create them. If you're up for the challenge, feel free to try remaking Liquidhandwash's version. On August 20, 2017, I added support for 8mm rods, leaving only the NEMA Y-axis unmodified. Two days later, on August 24, 2017, the NEMA Y-axis was cut and thoroughly tested. Everything functioned as expected. Fast forward to October 11, 2017, when I added new files for the Z-axis, Y-axis, and Electronics mini holder. On October 29, 2017, a modification for the Z-motor holder was added, reducing print time to just 2.5 hours. Please note that these files are only meant to compensate for the lack of an A3 cutter or printer.
With this file you will be able to print CNC remix of remix with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on CNC remix of remix.
