CNC pen holder (gel refill housing)

This is a refill pen housing, that include a frame for the dust shoe (see my designs). You can use a standard (and cheap) gel ink refill inside the 3d printed pen. Then you can use this 16mm diameter pen with his mounting frame or you can design one by you own needs. As a spring is necessary, the cap is made so to contain a standard snap pen spring. It works great! The frame, like its dust shoe, must be equipped with 4 magnets. On the frame pen hole there is a little radial hole that is meant to be used with an M3 thermoplastic insert. Here you can put an M3 screw to fix the pen to the frame. You can remove the frame, unscrew the cap and change the refill without loosing the zero (datum point) on the cnc. Useful for multi colored plots.
