I recently assembled the Ninja CNC kit from CNCSNAP.com, which comes with quality hardware. To enhance its capabilities further, I made various upgrades to my machine. I replaced the laser-cut motor mounts with robust 3D printed ones for added strength. The tool holder I designed fits perfectly with the supplied motor and is incredibly effective – just remember to drill a hole in the clamp for assembly. To increase rigidity, I installed support clamps on each guide rod, making them slightly undersized for extra stability. A 1/4" drill bit will be needed to enlarge them. Unfortunately, my "Y" axis coupler broke, so I replaced it with thing 7059. If you need assistance with other upgrades or design changes, feel free to ask.
