<p>This is DIY Flycutter tool for machining aluminium - making wide flat surfaces with excellent surface finish. It's working with MT2, MT3, MT4, BT30, NT40, R8 and 20mm regular shaft. :) You can make out of aluminium (for aluminium or very light steel cutting) or from mild steel.</p> <p>You will find in files:</p> <ul> <li>Original modifiable 3D models (solidworks, STEP) </li> <li>BOM in Excel (all links, prices, ...) </li> <li>Photos of making, final finish and chips<br/> For me, price for whole project was under 30eur in total with insert specialized for aluminium.
