I designed a compact CNC model that perfectly accommodates both a laser and a high-powered 500W spindle, making it an ideal tool for various applications. If you decide to 3D print this model, make sure to increase the width to a sturdy 5mm to ensure its overall stability and durability. The design features robust solid V-wheels, strategically placed spacers, and precision-engineered eccentric nuts that work together seamlessly to provide smooth and precise movement. To facilitate cutting out of steel, I've included detailed DXF files for easy reference during the machining process.
