The 2000mW Diode is operating successfully, and an image of an engraving on aluminum plate has been included. The diode works perfectly with automatic on/off triggering through Gcode, using "Simply Cam 2" as the 2D CAM tool. All operations are carried out with WINPC-NC USB on a 3 Axis CNC machine. To enhance the cooling for the upcoming 2000 mW 445 Diode order, a heatsink for LED has been used and the first version has been redesigned to incorporate a 30mm fan blowing air directly through the heatsink for optimal diode cooling. Multiple versions have been added, including one with a 5mm higher body and a rotated fan mount, as well as one without the mounting cylinder for easier installation on different machines. For those unable to edit STL files, this simplifies the process. Additionally, a version has been designed with a cooler from the side, featuring an integrated duct. The diameter of the mount fits a 43mm "Kress Spindle," although support is needed for printing. In Slic3r, a 4mm rectangular grid is recommended for optimal results. Have fun experimenting!
