Over the weekend, I designed a Foamcutter project that's 70% complete. This tool requires two ports for operation. The printable parts are made with PLA on my fabbster. The Bill of Materials (BOM) includes 8x 16mm rods, 8x linear bearing SCS16UU (16mm), 4x NEMA 17 Stepper motors, 4x bearings (yet to be acquired), 4x threaded rods, a heating wire, and various screws. The remaining items on the BOM are a CNC Controler Board, while the bearings for the threaded rods and the top part to hold the vertical axis and rods are still needed.
With this file you will be able to print CNC Foamcutter with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on CNC Foamcutter.
