CNC Ergonomic Pocket Slingshot DXF (three fingers)

# CNC Pocket Slingshot DXF / Zwille / Steinschleuder I have converted my 2D model of the CNC Ergonomic Slingshot as three finger pocket variant. You can mill two sides and then glue them together with wood glue. I rounded off the edges at the end with a router. A Slingshot can also be used very well as a template to create a copy manually with the scroll saw. ## Made on CNC3018PRO * MDF Laminate 5.6 mm (two sides glued together) * Fxy 400 mm / minute (ideal feed for MDF) * Fxy 270 mm / minute (ideal feed for Multiplex) * Fz 100 mm / minute * milling cutter 1.58 mm (2.08 mm at CAM software) To correct the spindle frictions, I add 0.5 mm to the real diameter of 1.58 mm. This means that for CNC3018PRO in the CAM software the diameter is given as 2.08 mm for a 1.58 mm cutter. The material is very sturdy and feels comfortable in the hand. The outside of the laminate is protected with a layer of varnish. I painted the edges several times with wood glaze. ## Three finger pocket slingshot This is a small variant of the CNC Ergonomic Slingshot (<a href="/thing:5903132">thing-5903132</a>) with three fingers for the pants pocket. For me, the model is ideal in the hand and works even with stronger rubber bands. My first attempt was the simple two finger pocket slingshot (<a href="/thing:5992244">thing-5992244</a>). This model is a bit smaller and works as well, but it doesn't feel as good in my hand.
