I fabricated and assembled this project with all necessary hardware and components, but unfortunately I didn't take any photos. However, it did exist. I ended up giving it away before connecting the motors. The main frame is designed to weigh just under one kilogram at 100% infill density. If your printer doesn't have a filament sensor, start with a new roll for that part. Any Nema 17-sized motor will work. The rods, bearings, couplings, and lead screws are all standard 8mm components used in 3D printer fabrication. The Dremel is just a standard mini Dremel. One nice thing about this project is that only a 3D printer and a hacksaw are required for fabrication, along with some super glue to secure the slip-fit components. If you ever wanted your own CNC engraver, this is a low-priced way to start. Update: I used the Dremel with a small cutoff wheel instead of a hacksaw to cut the 8mm linear rods because they were too hard to cut. I've added links below where I purchased the hardware (I already owned the Dremel), and this project costs under $100. I've attached the SolidWorks (2018) files. I used standard fasteners (#10 and 1/4), and the frame is recessed for standard hex nuts.
