This is a straightforward CNC'ed French cleat organizer, ideal for suspending ear protection in plain sight. Cut two pieces, then retrieve a length of standard 3/4 inch electric conduit. Drive the conduit into the holes with a mallet and you're done - hang your collection of ear protection for effortless viewing. Included is the Vcarve file I used on our ShopBot Alpha 48x96 with 1/4 in Down-Cut (Onsrud 57-910) bit, allowing you to create custom toolpaths for other machines as needed. Be a slacker like me and forego removing the tabs or sanding altogether!
