Work Area Specifications: CNC Dremel - work area dimensions are set at 300x300x60. Upcoming Tasks: - The Z axis will be modified, allowing the V-Slot to slide smoothly on the gantry plate via pulleys. - A laser mount will be installed. - Further upgrades include implementing a four-axis system and exploring the possibility of a five-axis setup once the machine is functioning properly. Component List: Bearings: - Four 608ZZ bearings (8x22x7mm) will be used for smooth movement. - Twelve LM8UU bearings (8x15x24mm) will provide stability. - Four Shaft Coupling nema lead screws will ensure precise operation. Fasteners: - Twenty-four M3x20mm screws will secure linear rods, motors, and bearings in place. - Twelve M3x30mm screws will fix motors and parts on the Y axis. - Additional fasteners include M4 screws (somewhere), four M5x8mm low profile screws for fixing VSlot 2020 to gantry plate, eighteen M5x16mm screws for securing VSlot 2020, 2060, and end stop support, four M5x20mm screws for perimetral VSlot 2020 fixation, eight M5x25mm screws for Dremel support, and four M5x30mm screws for pulley fixation. Nuts: - Twenty-eight M3 nuts will provide secure fastening. - Eight M5 nuts will be used in conjunction with washers. - Ten M5 auto blocked nuts will ensure smooth operation. - Eighteen M5 Hammer Nuts will provide additional support.
