CNC drag knife my way

I'm excited to share this theoretical project with you today. I was thoroughly impressed by Donek's innovative drag knife design and its remix on Thingiverse, but I felt that the 608ZZ open air bearing wasn't the best choice for me. So, I decided to create my own version based on both designs. My goal was to achieve maximum fluidity in movement, compactness, and outstanding performance. To ensure the rigidity of the two axes, I implemented two ball bearings each, but smaller ones - the 608Z and 606Z were the perfect compromise between dimensions and low friction. To compensate for variable work plane heights (just about 3mm), I added a spring to the design. You can check out the entire project on Tinkercad.
