Template cutting file for making a figure of the bull terrier for CNC router machine. Each part has slots for connecting one part to another, allowing for easy assembly. This figure can be used as a bookshelf or coffee table in interior spaces, and also makes a great family gift, perfect for naming Baxter. This set includes: Cutting templates for three variations of the bull terrier design, available in numerous thicknesses: 20 plans total. 300mm table height options include: * 3mm * 4mm * 5mm * 6mm * 8mm * 10mm 396 table height options include: * 6mm * 8mm * 10mm 500 table height options include: * 3mm * 4mm * 5mm * 6mm * 8mm * 10mm 570 table height options include: * 6mm * 8mm * 10mm * 12mm * 14mm Each part is carefully nested on a standard 900x600mm sheet, with one or three figures placed per sheet. In the DXF file, all green holes are considered dump, while other holes are through. This set also includes: * Visualisation images for easy planning * Assembly scheme diagrams for smooth construction * Blueprint plans with main dimensions and specifications * 3D Max textured models with detailed maps You can easily rescale this model to fit your custom dimensions and make optimal nesting for your sheets. The original model was created in SolidWorks 2008, then the part contours were converted to DXF using AutoCAD 2007. Additional features include: * A 3D Max model featuring a plywood material and detailed maps * An assembly scheme PDF document for easy reference * Dimensions for each variation of the bull terrier figure This design can be used both indoors and outdoors, serving as a coffee table or bookshelf. For those brave enough to cut it using a manual jigsaw, simply open the DXF file in Corel or Illustrator, print at 1:1 scale, and carefully cut only the contours without slots. Then, create a stencil for the slots, attach it to the part with clamps, and use a manual milling machine to cut the slots. For those with CNC routers or lasers, check your material thickness before cutting and consider making an offset from the current contour by 0.1-0.2-0.3mm, either inner or outer, depending on the unstable thickness of your sheet material.
