I'll do my best with English, it's not my native language either. This clamp is designed for cheap CNC 3018 machines used in hobby projects, but it may fit other types of machines that use the same base. You need to print four side stands, two central jaws, and two knobs. I used four perimeters; you can add more for extra stiffness. The required hardware includes four 608Z bearings, five 8mm nuts (13 key), and two 250mm x 8mm rods (cut to your desired length). I lasercut and engraved Eva foam for added grip and aesthetics. You can use a non-slip material of your choice. Mount the components in this order from rear to front: two locknuts, bearing, stand, center jaw with an M8 nut inserted into a pocket, front stand, and two locknuts. Tighten the nuts firmly but avoid over-tightening, as this will prevent the clamps from sliding smoothly. I tightened the left nut more securely than the right one. Once everything is in place, install a washer and knob with a nut inside. As you can see from the pictures, you can operate the clamps using an appropriate socket wrench with your electric screwdriver for convenience and speed. I hope you find this clamp useful or like it. This project is dedicated to my loved one who tolerates all the noise I make while inventing.
