I'm utilizing these to securely hold workpieces in place on a captive nut table crafted from a 10mm thick PVC scrapyard plate. The table was fabricated by the CNC itself through milling a grid of pockets for M5 hex nuts and the central holes. A DXF drawing of an M5 hex nut is available in the thing files section. Simply multiply the toolpaths in Estlcam (or your preferred CAM software) to generate the required matrix for your needs. I'm relying on a threaded rod measuring 70-100mm, combined with a winged nut and aluminum bars, as my clamping system. The wooden bars provide some offset to the clamping table, thereby reducing the Z axis during milling operations and making the machine more rigid when proper clamping is achieved.
